1. General
All sales are final unless one of the limited exceptions below applies. Because BenchPeptides supplies reference-grade research compounds dispatched directly from supplying laboratories, returns of opened, broken, or temperature-compromised packages cannot be accepted for safety and supply-chain integrity reasons.
2. Reship Guarantee
A one-time reship may be authorized at BenchPeptides’ discretion in the following limited circumstances, where documentation is provided within thirty (30) days of dispatch:
- Customs seizure of the package, evidenced by the official seizure notice from the destination country’s customs authority.
- Damage in transit rendering the product unusable, evidenced by photograph of the package as received (sealed and unsealed) within 48 hours of delivery.
- Non-delivery where carrier tracking confirms the package has not arrived after the expected window plus fourteen (14) days, and the Buyer has filed a formal trace request with the carrier.
Reship is at BenchPeptides’ cost (product + shipping). A reship is not authorized if the Buyer’s shipping address contains errors, if delivery was refused, or if delivery was attempted to a restricted jurisdiction.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund (rather than reship) may be issued at BenchPeptides’ discretion in lieu of reship for one of the above conditions, on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are issued in the cryptocurrency in which payment was originally received, at the on-chain exchange rate at the time of refund processing. Refunds are typically processed within seven (7) business days of approval.
4. Exclusions
The following are not eligible for refund or reship:
- packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the Buyer
- packages refused at delivery
- claims submitted more than thirty (30) days after dispatch
- claims without supporting documentation
- packages shipped to restricted jurisdictions in violation of these policies
5. How to Submit a Claim
Email support@benchpeptides.com with subject line Claim — Order #BP-XXXX, including the order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation (photos, customs notice, carrier trace report). A support representative will respond within two (2) business days.
6. Discretionary Nature
Reship and refund decisions are at BenchPeptides’ sole discretion and do not establish a precedent for future claims. Repeated reship claims from the same Buyer or shipping address may result in an account review.
