1. Carriers and Methods
Orders are dispatched by the supplying laboratory via USPS Priority (domestic), USPS Priority Express (domestic expedited), or comparable international carriers. Packaging is discreet, plain, and unbranded. Where required by product specification, cold-chain (gel-pack) packaging is used.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation on-chain. Orders placed on weekends or major U.S. holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
3. Domestic (United States) Shipping

4. International Shipping
International shipping is offered to a limited list of allowed countries. The current allowed list is enforced at checkout; addresses outside the allowed list cannot complete the order.

5. Restricted Jurisdictions
BenchPeptides does not ship to the following jurisdictions due to local import-restriction patterns: United Kingdom, Australia, Norway, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Russia. This list may be updated without notice.
6. Customs and Duty
The Buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. Customs delays are outside BenchPeptides’ control. The Buyer is responsible for confirming that import of research compounds is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to placing an order.
7. Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to the Buyer upon dispatch. Tracking information is provided as a convenience and is not a guarantee of delivery within the estimated window.
8. Failed Delivery / Returned Packages
If a package is returned to the supplying laboratory as undeliverable, the Buyer will be notified. Re-dispatch is at the Buyer’s cost; alternatively, a refund may be issued less applicable shipping and processing fees. See the Refund and Reship Policy for details.
9. Reship Guarantee
In the limited event of customs seizure (with documentation), damage in transit, or non-delivery despite valid tracking, a one-time reship may be authorized at BenchPeptides’ discretion. See the Refund and Reship Policy for the full terms.
